Dr. Salwa Fawzy

Dr. Salwa Fawzy is the Contracts and Commercial Director at Tameer Real Estate.
She is an Instructor at the American University in Cairo, delivering Courses, which include; Understanding FIDIC and Standard Forms of Contracts, Principles and Management of Construction Claims, Project Procurement Management and Effective Contracts Management Courses, at the Engineering and Science Services.

Dr. Fawzy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering with highest honors from the American University in Cairo. She holds an LLM, Masters in Construction Law and Arbitration from the Robert Gordon University, UK. She earned her Ph.D., doctorate degree in Law from Université Paris-Dauphine, Paris. She is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London, UK (FCIArb).

She has extensive experience in the Conditions of Contract issued by Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils (FIDIC), drafting and negotiating contracts, contract law and claims preparation and evaluation. She delivers courses in Egypt and the Middle East in FIDIC, contract management, claims management and procurement. She has vast experience in providing contractual services to the different stakeholders in the construction industry; working with employers, contractors, consultants and project management firms. She also acts as arbitrator or co-counsel in arbitration cases related to the construction field.

Dr. Fawzy has several publications in relation to contract administration, claims and disputes, FIDIC contracts, World Bank contracts, termination for convenience, …etc.
Dr. Fawzy is author of the book ‘Practicing FIDIC in Civil Law Jurisdictions – Application of Time and Additional Payment Provisions’.

Mr. Ahmed Mostafa

Ahmed is a strategic HR Business Leader with over 18 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including nearly 13 years in the real estate sector. In his current role as Human Resources & Administration Director at tameer, he leverages deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development to provide strategic direction across HR and administration functions. His focus ensures the alignment of people strategies, organizational culture, and business objectives to drive sustainable growth.

Throughout Ahmed’s career, he has contributed to large-scale transformation and expansion initiatives. during his tenure at Hassan Allam Properties, one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, he played a pivotal role as a core HR Leader within the leadership team, where contributed significantly to executing long-term growth strategies, driving HR transformation, and aligning business objectives and people initiatives.

Ahmed’s expertise also extends to international mergers and acquisitions. He successfully led the HR integration and restructuring process of Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH) during its acquisition by Abraaj Capital, a multinational investment firm. In this capacity, he drove the alignment of operations and human capital strategies across Egypt, Jordan, and Sudan, ensuring a seamless transition and effective organizational performance.

Ahmed holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport. His academic background, coupled with his extensive hands-on experience, equips him with a strategic and results-oriented approach to HR leadership, organizational culture, and change management. This combination reinforces his role as a trusted business partner and strategic HR leader in dynamic business environments.

Mrs. Ayten Abdelaziz

Ayten AbdelAziz is the Associate Director of Corporate Legal at Tameer Real Estate Development, where she leads on corporate and real estate legal matters supporting the company’s growth and development strategy. With nearly two decades of experience, Ayten has developed deep expertise in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, labour law, and real estate development transactions. In parallel, she also serves as a Senior Associate at Kout Capital, advising on corporate and commercial legal matters.

Ayten began her career at Helmy Hamza & Partners (Baker & McKenzie International), where she gained extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance, joint ventures, and M&A transactions, before taking on senior in-house and private practice roles, including Legal Manager at British American Tobacco Egypt, overseeing operations across North Africa, and Contracts Manager at Abu Soma Development Company, where she led hotel management transactions and facility management projects. Prior to joining Tameer, she was a Senior Associate at El Said Darwish & Partners. She holds an LL.B. from Cairo University, Faculty of Law (2005).

Eng. Aliaa El Sedawy

Aliaa El-Seddawy is an accomplished Development Associate Director at TAMEER Development Consulting Co., with extensive expertise in real estate development, project design management, and stakeholder coordination across large-scale urban, residential, and commercial projects. With a strong background in urban planning and landscape architecture, Aliaa El-Seddawy brings over a decade of multidisciplinary experience in leading design, development, and business planning initiatives throughout Egypt and the GCC.

Ms. Noha Yamany

A passionate sales operations and CRM leader with over 20 years of experience in the real estate world. I currently work as an Associate Director at TAMEER, where I focus on streamlining sales processes and making sure our CRM systems truly support our business goals.

I’ve always loved blending strategy with technology to improve how teams work and how customers experience our services. My background includes roles at AL Dau Development, Orascom, Etisalat Misr, and Raya, where I built a strong foundation in customer service, inventory management, and operational excellence.

Academically, I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA in Strategic Management, and a bachelor’s in mass communication. I’m also a certified KPI professional, which helps me keep performance and results front and center.
Outside of work, I’m all about clear communication, smart systems, and making things better—whether it’s a process, a team, or a customer journey.

Mr. Mohamed Tharwat

M. Tharwat is a highly accomplished finance leader with over 14 years of progressive experience in real estate development finance, Finance structuring, and Corporate governance. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in securing and structuring large-scale project funding and developing advanced financial models that have supported major residential and commercial launches across the sector.

Leading financial planning and analysis, M. Tharwat is known for delivering advanced forecasting, in-depth variance analysis, and strategic insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency. He has a proven record in establishing complete accounting systems and cycles, integrating them with advanced ERP platforms , ensuring full alignment with both Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

In addition, M. Tharwat has led the successful implementation of compliance and governance frameworks in strict adherence to the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) standards, reinforcing transparency, accountability, and investor confidence. His expertise extends to cash flow optimization, risk management, and investor relations, making him a trusted partner to executive leadership and a driving force behind the company’s sustainable growth.
