My background includes roles at AL Dau Development, Orascom, Etisalat Misr, and Raya, where I built a strong foundation in customer service, inventory management, and operational excellence.
Academically, I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA in Strategic Management, and a bachelor’s in mass communication. I’m also a certified KPI professional, which helps me keep performance and results front and center.
