Ms. Noha Yamany

A passionate sales operations and CRM leader with over 20 years of experience in the real estate world. I currently work as an Associate Director at TAMEER, where I focus on streamlining sales processes and making sure our CRM systems truly support our business goals.

I’ve always loved blending strategy with technology to improve how teams work and how customers experience our services. My background includes roles at AL Dau Development, Orascom, Etisalat Misr, and Raya, where I built a strong foundation in customer service, inventory management, and operational excellence.

Academically, I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA in Strategic Management, and a bachelor’s in mass communication. I’m also a certified KPI professional, which helps me keep performance and results front and center.
Outside of work, I’m all about clear communication, smart systems, and making things better—whether it’s a process, a team, or a customer journey.
