Sales Admin/Front Desk Officer – Diar II Sales Office

The role is in charge of supporting the Sales Director & Sales Operations Manager in taking decision by updating them with all of the Sales Team reports, following up the team’s attendance, writing minutes of meetings, facilitating communication between Sales Team and the Sales Operations Team and developing a filling system for the sales team reports.


  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or any related field is required.
    • Preferably graduated from International Schools.
  • Computer Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
  • Language Skills:
    • Excellent command of Arabic and English both written and spoken.
  • Experience:
    • From 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Sales Operations field.
    • Real Estate Experience is a must.
