The Role is in charge of diagnosing losses and profitability and translate the data into a comprehensible financial report. Guiding TAMEER into taking decisions after analysing the data collected. Collaborating with other departments to provide advice, financial support, linking financial impact to the business processes and ensuring that key financial controls are in place. Guiding TAMEER’s core financial processes including annual operating plans.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Education:
    • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Economics is required; Master degree or CFA are a Plus.
    • Preferably graduated from International Schools.
  • Computer Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft office pack (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point)
  • Language Skills:
    • Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
    • Excellent English pronunciation.
  • Experience:
    • From 3-5 years of experience in real estate as a Financial Analyst within a reputed development companies in Egypt.


    The role consists in providing focused management and logistic support to the Managing Director in the performance of his managerial tasks and duties. The Executive Assistant will act as a focal point between the Managing Director and all internal and external parties and will focus on tasks and priorities management, coordination and follow-up, correspondences and calls management, relationship and contact lists management.

    The role will cover the following areas:
    • Task management, logging, follow-up and reporting.
    • Scheduling, minuting and following-up on management and external meetings.
    • Filtering, drafting, distributing and filing emails and correspondences.
    • Maintaining relationships and contact lists.
    • Public relations, communication, customer relations and events management.
    • Office management, administration and logistics, including personal logistics.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • Education:
      • University Degree, preferably in Management or Political Science. AUC Graduate is a Plus.
      • MBA is a strong Plus. University Diploma or Continuous Education certificates in areas such as HR, Communication, PR, Administration, Time Management, etc. is a Plus.
      • Graduate preferably from international schools (American Diploma, International Baccalaureate, etc.).
    • Experience:
      • 10-20 years of management and administration experience, with demonstrated experience in supporting senior level managerial staff (Executive Assistant, PA, Office Manager, Account Manager…).
      • Young talents with shorter experience, however with very strong motivation, will be considered.
      • Experience in the real estate development industry with exposure to senior level management.
      • Strong understanding of the real estate development industry (process, organization and challenges).
      • Strong understanding of the business and management basics.


      The role is in charge of supporting the Sales Director & Sales Operations Manager in taking decision by updating them with all of the Sales Team reports, following up the team’s attendance, writing minutes of meetings, facilitating communication between Sales Team and the Sales Operations Team and developing a filling system for the sales team reports.

      • Education:
        • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or any related field is required.
        • Preferably graduated from International Schools.
      • Computer Skills:
        • Proficient in Microsoft office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
      • Language Skills:
        • Excellent command of Arabic and English both written and spoken.
      • Experience:
        • From 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Sales Operations field.
        • Real Estate Experience is a must.


        The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining potential client’s database, contacting clients regularly, assisting clients to take appropriate decisions, building & maintaining strong relationships with clients, opening new channels to increase the sales and maintaining good communication with the Brokers.

        CANDIDATE PROFILE

        • Education:
          • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or any related field is required.
          • Preferably graduated from International Schools.
        • Computer Skills:
          • Proficient in Microsoft office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
        • Language Skills:

        • Experience:
          • Senior Property Consultant 3 to 5 Years of experience in the field of real estate.


          The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining potential client’s database, contacting clients regularly, assisting clients to take appropriate decisions, building & maintaining strong relationships with clients, opening new channels to increase the sales and maintaining good communication with the Brokers.

          CANDIDATE PROFILE

          • Education:
            • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or any related field is required.
            • Preferably graduated from International Schools.

          • Experience:
            • Property Consultant 1 to 3 Years of experience in the field of real estate.


            The role is responsible for Collecting unit’s reservation cash payments, down payment or instalments from clients and issue payment receipts. Fills client’s checks and ensures that they are signed by the client. Records the payments on the system. Deposits all cash in the sales office to TAMEER`s bank account. Handles all clients’ financial requests such as modifying checks' information. Report daily the accounting team with the treasury movements. Delivers cash refunds to clients and obtains payment receipts. Delivers brokers incentives to them.

            CANDIDATE PROFILE

            • Education:
              • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or any related field is required.
            • Computer Skills:
              • Proficient in Microsoft office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
            • Language Skills:
              • Good command of Arabic and English both written and spoken.
            • Experience:
              • From 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Collections Officer.
              • Real Estate Experience is preferable.


              The role is responsible for reviewing and verifying expenses requests and registers it. Performs the three-way match between the invoices, requests and the services. Ensures that the transactions and the expenses are according to the internal auditing and TAMEER’s policy. Updates and documents payable accounts. Monitors the Letters of Guarantee. Analyzes tenders and links it with the expenses. Manages contracts of suppliers and contractors. Reviews the payments of contractors, suppliers in accordance to the contracts and the pre-set budget.

              CANDIDATE PROFILE

              • Education:
                • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or any related field is required.
              • Computer Skills:
                • Proficient in Microsoft office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
              • Language Skills:
                • Good command of Arabic and English both written and spoken.
              • Experience:
                • From 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Accountant Payable.
                • Real Estate Experience is a must.
